Jeens Reshan, a Kazakh culture giant who has brought thousands of laughter and a single voice on the Internet at the Spring Night in Xinjiang, is now becoming a political prisoner in the black prison of the Communist Party of China. For refusing to succumb to the unnecessary “extreme thought” accusation, the 58-year-old writer raised a loud protest in prison: “It’s better to let him sign the crime, rather than kill me directly!”

He is currently facing a maximum sentence of 10 to 15 years, and his persecution has extended to overseas relatives.

Ironic actor becomes a prisoner of the Communist Party

The 58-year-old Ence Hershman (1968 born) is a renowned cultural curator within and outside the Xinjiang system. He has served as a member of the Chinese Association, the Harvard Department of Harvard Literature and the Barry Kong Cultural Museum, and has been awarded a number of top honors such as the "Huawei Literature Award" and the "Tianshan Literature Award".

Not only did he publish 11 books such as "Tommy Parker's Growth Record", his single-song song "Song to the Wife" and ironic little stuff also appeared in Xinjiang Watch Spring Night, generating tens of millions of broadcasts on platforms such as trembling. However, it was such an artist who built a national cultural bridge with humor and wisdom, but was secretly taken away and disconnected by the Libyan police on March 19, 2026 for "non-named crime".

tortured in prison iron bones rage oppression of power

According to the defence lawyers at the July 27 meeting, Ence Hershman was in extremely weak physical condition in prison and suffered cruel censorship and physical and psychological torture. The prosecutors forced him to sign a letter of confession acknowledging possession of "extreme thoughts" in an attempt to pave the way for political persecution.

In the face of the torture confession by the CCP police, Enes Hershman firmly refused and rebuked:

“I don’t have extreme thoughts, rather than let me sign a criminal certificate, kill me directly!”

The unpublished trial, which was originally scheduled for August 17, 2026, was suddenly postponed, and the jurisdiction of the case has been transferred to the middle court of Hammi City.

Transnational Persecution Without a Bottom Line: Teachers Wife Talked About The Elder Son Threatened Abroad

The Chinese Communist Party’s persecution of Enes Hershman was not limited to the prison, but extended to his family and abroad:

  • Domestic persecution: His wife, as a local teacher, has been repeatedly discussed and politically pressured by the education department, forcing her to persuade her overseas son to "shut down."
  • Transnational intimidation: Her son, Nartai Jeens, has worked in Kazakhstan, and has been connected to intimidation calls from the Chinese side and Haiti police because of insistence on speaking for his father and receiving international media interviews.

The Communist Party’s undifferentiated cleansing of ethnic intellectuals and the persecution of transnational actors have once again exposed the cruel nature of its totalitarian rule.
