Open briefing to President Zhang Ying of the People ' s Court of Phoenix *
Dear President Zhang, hello! Thank you for reading my materials in your busy schedule. I am writing to ask you to know why a woman who has tried her best and has not stopped accusing Judge Wu Han of misjudgment.
My growth environment is a key to understanding all my marriage choices and rights. *
We three brothers and sisters grew up in a family full of domestic violence. And the only thing we have to blame for our mother is why she doesn't get divorced, and lets live in nightmares, a family environment that is inexhaustible to our psychological, physical, academic and professional lives. *
It was not until she reached adulthood that the mother cried out of the despair of that age — three young children who had no house of their own, no money to raise them alone, and who were unable to give any of them to a violent father. She also filed for divorce on several occasions, but the community, the Government and the public security authorities have worked in turn to persuade her “to stay for the sake of the child”. The father, however, strongly rejected the divorce and threatened to eat and live in the house of anyone who would decide to divorce. In the age when divorce was extremely difficult when one side strongly disagreed, under the multiple shackles, the mother did not finally get out of the marriage cage.
When she turns up later, she is told repeatedly that she and her father will never be buried — never to be separated from her, and never to be separated from her. This sentence is a recollection of what it is to be a marriage for a mother. Mothers did not want to leave, but rather the age, the society, left no path for good mothers.
The parents' quarrels are a trigger, and 89% of them are money. I was in middle school that year, and I couldn't even afford to pay my tuition. For my future, my mother wanted to borrow money for my studies — when the PTA was distributed — it was a safe way out. But Father insisted, "A daughter will marry sooner or later and read more books for others." The two men were in a fight and even fought.
And from then on, my vision of marriage was carved into my bones: poor couples mourned for their personal affairs, and I could not eat in my coat, but I had to have basic economic security, or I would rather stay married for life than harm my child. The two years in which a woman has been pregnant and has had her children, income has fallen and expenses have been like a hole in the bottom. Without economic support, marriage is like a wire on a cliff — falling, not even for the children.
I'm not a bride-scam. When faced with a marriage that is not emotional and that is not clear to the other, my mother and I insisted on a bride price, which was never a gruesome substance. This is the last retreat left to a woman who has been taught a lesson in life, in the absence of full legal protection for the family. Otherwise, I will have to spend the rest of my life on the conscience of men — conscience, the most untenable.
What's the bride price? The only leverage a woman can hold in her hands is in the big bet on marriage. It makes men understand that marriage is not a contract that can be destroyed at will, not a game that can be withdrawn at no cost. When the woman is forced out of her job because of maternity and domestic work and loses her financial resources, the money is the last weapon she has ever been able to obtain in order to secure her family's support for her children. The bride price, not the greed, is the mother's instinct for survival — the woman ensures that she and her children can live with dignity even if the marriage fails.
How terrible is a marriage without a bride price? Look at the families who have shared their troubles but cannot share them with the rich. If a man succeeds with his wife ' s support, he can turn his back and abandon his old wife, who is physically impaired by birth and is at fault in the workplace, and marry a young woman. And what about the original? Youth is gone, health is destroyed, work is lost, and then even a child born in October is not safe for her child — because "economic" is the first consideration when a court decides to take custody. Without the dowry as a sanctification cost, a woman's contribution to marriage may turn into a joke (not all men, of course, have no conscience, but raising the cost of divorce, at least to the extent that the man wants to abandon the original.
This is the reality: marriage can be free of love, but not without security; Because love will fade away, but life will not be mercy.
However, it is this following thing that has really left me unforgettable and firmly accused of Judge Wu Han and his wife. *
I have experienced the great harm and influence of family in isolation from children, so when I found my marriage unremaining, I insisted that I should not let my children repeat the mistakes. And in the process, the iniquitous decision of Wu Han and the judge directly harmed my beloved, my mother.
My mother is a very respected traditional woman. When a father beats his mother, my brother and sister are afraid to make a sound, and only the young I am always determined to protect the mother and fight with the father. But then, instead of complimenting me, the mother blamed me, and said, “I am one of your father's peers, and you are his own daughter, and you cannot fight him, no matter what happens. The government has been working on the issue of the human rights of women.
My mother repeatedly warned me to be good to my father-in-law after I got married. Remind my in-laws to pay their car fare when they come to visit us from the country, if they don't have any money to tell their mother; After I got pregnant, my mother said that the man's family was a rural family, and it was difficult to pay so many bride price at once. You were married with a small amount of money and you wanted to eat something.
Such is a mother who is ethical, loving and kind and who has not enjoyed a day of happiness. At a time when the family is just better off, and it is no longer a matter of food and clothing, it ends in depression because of the wrongful decisions of Wu Han and the judges.
How did Wu Han and the judge's wrongful verdict harm my mother and crush me? *
First, he forced a separate interview with the mother of a person who was already in a position to exercise his capacity to act, and the procedure was clearly against the law. *
My mother suffers from various diseases, including cerebral infarction and vascular dementia, which are among the people with limited capacity to act. When the U. Han and the judge asked for an inquiry, I presented a medical certificate on the spot, making it clear that the mother could only express a simple question, that the complex matter was unclear and that I strongly requested to be accompanied during the entire inquiry. However, Wu Han and the judge categorically refused, claiming that the law provided for separate inquiries. In the end, he insinuated in the verdict that my mother's testimony led to the 175,000 dollars not to be considered "the bride price" but to be "the loan for building a house".
Second, this decision gave my mother a heavy psychological blow, which was an important incentive for her to die. *
I didn't agree to marry Peng Dako, because I didn't know him well enough and felt too risky. The mother told me that “women get married half on their own, half on their bet”, and she feared that I would be old and not on my own, almost half forced me to agree to the marriage. She could have been blamed for the breakdown of the marriage. The judge, on the basis of her interview transcript, issued a judgement against me, which led her to conclude that she had caused me financial loss. I have explained on several occasions that she was not involved in the trap set by the judge, but that she was always in a state of distress and depression, and that her mother had not only suffered from brain infarction, vascular dementia, but also severe hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, etc. The most serious of these diseases are anger, anxiety, and emotional fluctuations. After the judgement of Wu Han and the judge, my mother's condition deteriorated dramatically, and died before six months later.
Wu Han and the judge are so bad at this operation! Serious breaches of public order and the total loss of the conscience and the bottom line to which the law belongs. For a mother who is deeply fond of her daughter and has been concerned about her life, the wave of Wu Han and the judge is a complete disservice. I believe that the death of the mother, although not directly by the judge, is absolutely due to the indirect causes of the judge, which is also a permanent problem in my heart.
Third, the verdicts of Wu Han and the judge were “the lives of the grass” in my multiple desperate circumstances. *
At that time, I suffered from neurological damage to my spine as a result of a medical accident, physiotherapy for a long period of time and infertility. I owe the hospital more than $136,000 for hospital expenses and borrowed $89,000 from my relatives and friends in both medical and divorce cases. The medical examination found that the hospital had only 15-20 per cent of the sub-responsibility and that the medical case had largely lost. Not only did Wu Han and the judge not consider these to be joint debts of the spouses, but even the spouses ' joint property was not divided between me and the father, but the child was awarded custody on the grounds that I was ill and had no financial resources (I was unable to give birth due to a caesarean section). Knowing that I was in multiple desperate situations, he still imposed the dower as “borrowing for construction” by various illegal means and sentenced me to return it in full. After multiple blows, I suffered from depression and the idea of suicide was not implemented successfully, solely because of the encouragement and focus of the mother, sister and brother.
Your opinio jurist, the esteemed President, "Standing to the bureaucracy": "We do not just cases, but others' lives; It is not the process but the belief of the people in the rule of law." That's a very touching phrase.

I submit this statement in an effort to ask you to understand why I insist on charging Wu Han and Judge with the unfairness of the verdict and have not stopped — not because I lacked the money, but because:
1. His unlawful attempts to force a mother to ask her in isolation indirectly lead to the mother ' s depression; *
2. In the most desperate of my life, he laid down the stone, and caused us to lose our wealth and separate our flesh and blood, and to despair and despair. *
Please do not be biased against the case because of the bride price when you review my divorce letter. I hope that you will take fully into account these deep family backgrounds and psychological motives, exercise due diligence, act impartially, ascertain the facts and distinguish between responsibilities, and provide detailed, targeted and clear written responses to the 16 specific questions I raised in my complaint letter (including, but not limited to, the admissibility of evidence, the determination of facts, the application of the law, the reasons for the decision, the outcome of the decision and the proceedings).
My claim*
First, there are mistakes to be made. If there is a mistake in the verdict, please return me to justice in accordance with the law.
Second, there is no mistake. If the judgement is considered correct, please respond in writing to each of my challenges, article by article.
I'm a good man, I'm a good man, and I'm a natural man. If this does not make sense, please correct the error in accordance with the law. Otherwise, We shall fight to the end, and shall not return.
