Since then, the whistleblower has provided a large number of reports to the Yinxiang Civil Police through the WeChat chat, allegedly inciting the subversion of the state regime and cyber fraud crimes through the network, constantly urging them to urgently investigate the process, especially in Yang Yinxiang due to a dispute with the whistleblower's personal rights (honour rights) case, in the beginning of November 2025 and the end of November twice came to the Yinxiang County People's Court on the street court to participate in the trial activities, requesting him to come to the court to hear the trial, control, detain Yinxiang, but Yinxiang Civil Police did not take care of it.

On January 23, 2026, the People's Court of Guangzhou County rejected the appeal against him: "1. the judgment confirmed that Yang Kim in several WeChat groups abhorred Wu Li Hui's acts, seriously violated Wu Li Hui's personal rights (honour rights), ordered him to openly apologize to Wu Li Hui on an equal scope;2. the judgment of Yang Kim for his infringement to Wu Li Hui's honorary damage compensation fee of 50000 yuan;3. the judgment that Yang Kim was transferred to the public security and judicial organs with jurisdiction over the matter of the alleged crime to apologize to him, but the "no proof of loss of evidence" is prosecuted in accordance with the law, the judgment has not been sentenced for honorary damages
