After 168 days of detention, the jade leaves lost over 60 pounds. The director of the bank, who had worked for 42 years in the Jiangsu Non-Symbek system, sat at a holding post in Zhang's port every day from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. and was asked to remain in a fixed position for long periods of time, and was subjected to anti-cuffing, binding, cold-freezing, water restrictions and sleep restrictions. The perpetrators even had to slap themselves, up to a maximum of 800 per one-time.

But the real crushing of him, maybe not that. After having been detained for more than three months, the officer informed her daughter again of her “co-inquiries”. At that time, her daughter was breastfeeding, and the youngest child was not yet a full-age age. This time, she's just being held in custody.

  1. “As Cai Su-jin (wife of the Jade leaf) recalled, the night of the detention, in the holding room No. 6, the Jade leaf saw the daughter's retention materials and video, and was told that her fate depended on his confession.

Before her daughter was retained, her confession of guilt was largely absent and her signature refused on several occasions. After her daughter was kept in custody, his statements began to change. In August 2026, the court of Chang Jia-Ya Yap was tried in the Zhang Jia-chang City Court for corruption of over $15.9 million and illegal granting of loans of $35 million.

The other side of the Chairman of the Strong Bank

Born in February 1965, the senior economist, was Secretary and Chairman of the Jiangsu Grande Bonaparte Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was elected as the ninth Grand Representative of Salt City. In the financial circle of Salt City, the name was a very well-known one.

His career was almost in step with the development of local agro-trust systems. In the early years, the Yuen Yuen leaf had long served in the Sun-Ombunsy Syndicate, and was successively Secretary of the Syndicate of the Association of Yang-Ombri and Chairman of the Bank of Yang-Ombuns. In 2013, he was transferred to the post of Chairman of the Grand Polytechnic Business Council, which was terminated in

  1. I'm sorry.

The BFFC was established in 2011 and was transformed by the Jiangsu Dafun Rural Cooperative Bank. During the time of the piloting of the jade leaf, the local agribusiness establishment continued to expand, with 44 branches, and the operational chart extended to the Salt City Lake Region, among others.

When the Taitas left, the total assets of the large farmers ' comptoirs were close to $60 billion, with a net profit of $503 million, or 1,265 million, from the operating income. The total amount of loans and market share in the BFDs has been at the top of the banking sector in Salt City for many years, and the General Financial Services cover nearly 200 administrative villages and 166.5 million farmers in the BFDs. The experience of financial and technological reform once attracted a number of farmers' houses across the country to study and received over 20 titles, such as the National Civilization Unit.

The honours of the Yangsu province's labour model, the Salt City's “annual financial figure” and the “Salin City Excellence Entrepreneurs” in 2017, 2019 and 2020 were also awarded to the Yuen Yuen Yatsa.

The 15.9 million people accused of embezzlement were not paid a cent: the former chairman of Jiangsu-Ionung Business Bank claimed to have been framed by a superior leader.

Oxyen leaf

The family claims that during his tenure, the Great Bong Chamber of Commerce and Industry was encouraged to establish an early internal integrity management system: cadre staff received gifts that could not be returned in person, and were required to surrender, register and centralize, without exception to themselves. In interviews, her daughter and her son-in-law recalled that there was even a special place next to the office of the jade, where gifts from others could not be returned, and that the registration and integration of the gifts was handled by the ICO.

It was said that he was angry at the refusal to give a gift to the jade leaf and was scolded with his nose and asked “Is he not ashamed of being a human being?” The jade leaves were not contested, but they were just laughing.

The family states that, whether it be capital works, procurement of office supplies, or scientific and technical projects, or bidding, the jade leaves are usually refused and are subject to normal procedures whenever there is an attempt to designate a cooperative through the leadership “hello”. In their view, this character helped him to secure some of the borders, but it also offended some within the complex financial system.

Outside the job, some employees spoke of the unknown side of the jade leaf.

In June 2018, Koichian, a worker of the Grand Polytechnic, was diagnosed with leukaemia. The sudden onset of severe illness and high cost of treatment had once put their families in a difficult position. Upon learning of the information, the organization ' s lead organization, the Yuen Yuen Yap, contributed to the staff ' s contributions and made several calls for medical inquiries.

"He said to me, "You have no difficulty in getting well, and you have to find a way to help you. "The memory of the Go-Lian.

That winter, the jade leaves visited the house she rented. When she got cold, and found out that there was no air conditioning in the living room, he immediately said, "You must not catch cold. Then contact someone and send an air conditioner soon.

By the end of 2024, Goichi-Lian had received another unexpected call from the jade leaf. At that time, the jade leaves her post and she is still being interviewed by telephone. “I never thought he would be on second-line, but still thinking of me, an old, sick employee. The blogger adds:

There are lots of things like that. "I complained about him once," said Choi Su-jin, "What's with the staff? He said, "Do what you can." It's not easy for everyone. The blogger adds:

In the eyes of family members and some old ones, the jade leaves are not a gentle man. He was a man of temper, demanding, harsh on his subordinates and equally harsh on himself. There was also little choice in compromise when things were not considered reasonable. Her daughter evaluated the father: “His weakness is his temper. Unjustified demands from superiors are frequently contested at tables”.

“He is too real, and has offended some of the superiors. In his family's view, this “unsure business” has set the stage for the fate of the jade leaves since then.

“Your daughter's fate depends on your confession”

On 27 August 2025, the Kan Yuha was taken away from his home by members of the Jiangsu Provincial Supervisory Board. He was kept in the Zhang Jiaang Park for 168 days.

What the hell happened in the last 168 days? It was not until the case was brought before the judiciary and the lawyer was able to examine the case that the family became aware of. The experience of the retention period was later described in detail.

The officers pointed the pressure at his family shortly after entering the holding site, according to the complainant. According to his statements, the investigators, Gong Jian Fei, Pangang and others threatened to keep their daughters in prison, block the freezing of family assets, hold other relatives accountable, and said that “indeed to confess to the family's death” “indeed to deny a life of normal life to your daughter”.

At that time, her daughter and her husband had worked long hours in Beijing, and they had not met his father several times a year, and the youngest was still in the middle of her life, and she herself was still breastfeeding.

According to Cai Su-jin, the daughter had a co-operation interview earlier in the year, and Wang Zhoubao, a member of the CSW in Jiangsu province, showed her a picture of his father's kneeling and told her: “Your father is actively repenting and the organization has confessed all the crimes, so you must tell her everything about your family. The daughter then said, "I tried to choke my thigh to stop crying, and I think they wanted me to cry to threaten my father. I'm sure he won't commit a crime! "I kneel down on their knees, plead for forgiveness, and hope they will spare my daughter!" The blogger adds:

However, after more than three months of detention in the jade leaf, the case officer suddenly again informed her of her cooperation in the inquiry. The husband waited outside the door, and shortly after her entry a note of detention appeared in front of her husband and her husband, who had arrived from Beijing without much thought.

She also lost her freedom. After 35 days, both fathers and daughters were kept in the same yard without being able to meet each other. It was not until spring festival in 2026 that the officers informed her that she would be released and that she would not be at home if she was not arrested again by the Public Prosecutor ' s Office.

On the first day of her visit, the chief of the case team, Gong Jian Fei, took a video of her father saying that he had told the organization to educate her daughter, but that he had heard his father's cry: “She had just given birth, don't arrest her, at most for a week, and that her small family would be separated. The blogger adds:

The daughter later learned that the father was in holding room No. 6, and that she was in room No. 14.

During her stay, the radios carried by the caregiver next to her daughter allowed her to hear from one cell in another intermittently. As required, the persons held in custody cannot sit against the wall or bow. The daughter claimed that her room was relatively relaxed and occasionally able to lean against the wall, but she often heard from the radio that the surveillance officers had warned: “No 6 can bow down”, “No 6 can not stand against the wall”, and “No 6 can not move”.

She thus concluded that the father was under much more severe discipline than he himself. The case manager had been saying to her, "We were good to your father," and later he said, "We gave up your father." It was for his own good, but he was stuck in his own mind, and he wouldn't listen. The blogger adds:

The letter of the letter contains a more specific description of the cost of such “failure”. He claims that he has had to remain in a fixed position for 18 hours, without being able to move or change his position at will, from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. every day since he entered the holding point.

On 28 August, 18 September, 28 September and 30 September 2025, in keeping with their claims, the officers instructed the caretakers to handcuff their hands behind their backs and to lay them down, then to tie them with a strap. The back-cuffing and tie-up caused severe bruising and extensive bleeding to his wrists, which remained unaltered two months later. The long fixed sitting also resulted in a ulcers in the hip and a damage to the lumbar.

The jade leaves state that during his stay he sleeps less than six hours a day and is awakened two or three times at night for reasons such as “sleeping irregularly”. After a long period of sleep deprivation, he gradually developed consciousness, memory confusion and even hallucinations, which affected his ability to properly judge and express.

According to the jade leaves, he is given only a small amount of drinking water for medication every day and even siphons his piped water when he is thirsty and even taking the opportunity to use the toilet. After the cold turned, his cold clothes, such as cotton stubs and cotton pants, were taken away and his room was set free for long periods of time to turn on the air conditioner.

He claims that the lowest temperature of the room was less than 9°C, lasting for more than 9 hours at a time, and that it produced a number of frozen acne.

Even if the fever and the physical condition were clearly weak, the interrogations had not stopped. The case officers had over a dozen staff members surrounded them and used pressure through close-range shouting, smoke and so forth. He was also asked to slap himself up to a maximum of 800 per one-time and to stand and kneel, with restrictions on toilet, bathing, washing, shave and nails.

After 168 days, the elderly man, who was nearly 250 pounds of pre-retention weight, lost over 60 pounds of weight. But it is not only these physical tortures that, in the eyes of the jade leaves and the family, are really unbearable for him. It's the daughter.

According to the statement of the complainant, the author of the case had shown him the material and video of the interrogations of his daughter, and had clearly told him: “The fate of your daughter depends entirely on the content of your statement. The blogger adds:

He claims that the officers asked him to confess guilt as specified, otherwise the daughter would be held criminally responsible and even transferred to the public security authorities.

The father is informed that the fate of the daughter depends on his confession; The daughter was told that the father had “guilted to repent”. The father and the daughter were kept in rooms 6 and 14, respectively, and were blind to each other, but at the same time they were subjected to pressure on the other.

Her daughter was under constant psychological pressure during her detention. After her release, she was unable for a long time to return to normal work and life, suffering from severe depression and mild thoughts. The family also has two young children, one 11 years old and the other only one year old, whose physical and psychological state has deteriorated and whose life and upbringing have been in jeopardy for the whole family.

According to the defence counsel, before the daughter was retained, the jade leaves insisted that the property in question was a collective decision of the bank from which he had not obtained an illegal benefit. Its statements are often stopped or not recorded; The simultaneous recording of answers that do not meet the requirements of the case officer is sometimes discontinued and restarted; Some transcripts are not based on the actual version of their statements on the ground, but require their own signature to be printed in advance of the text.

However, his confession began to change after her daughter was retained in custody and eventually “guilty plea”.

Two serious crimes charges and a series of procedural disputes

Following the conclusion of the Jiangsu Provincial Ombudsman ' s investigation, the case was referred to the Zhang Jia Hong Kong City Public Prosecutor ' s Office on 11 February 2026 for prosecution on suspicion of corruption and illegal loan granting in the name of the jade leaf.

The prosecution alleges that between 2016 and September 2019, the court of the Beijing and Salt City properties were purchased in partnership with others, using the services of the official, and that banks were offered high prices for the purchase or lease of public property, including by concealing the actual owner, raising the price, totalling approximately $15.9 million, and an additional $400,000 was attempted. He was also charged with the illegal granting of $35 million in loans.

However, the investigating authorities carried out a thorough verification of the bank flow, property, financial management of the person, together with the accounts of his relatives.

After the examination, no individual profits were found in relation to the two real estate transactions. The charges against corruption amount to over 15 million, and the actual amount remains unpaid.

The 15.9 million people accused of embezzlement were not paid a cent: the former chairman of Jiangsu-Ionung Business Bank claimed to have been framed by a superior leader.

Hong Kong Court of Zhang

The case was heard by the Zhang Jia Hong Kong City Court from 26 to 27 August

  1. The defence, Wang Hak-hu, stated that there had been a serious procedural violation in the case.

First, the case is suspected of being large in amount and involving the local financial system, multiple units and major job offences, but is tried in the first instance by the lower courts, whose jurisdiction does not match the magnitude and complexity of the case.

Secondly, the prosecution service has intervened in advance in the Commission ' s investigations and during the examination of the indictment the prosecutor has maintained case communication with the Commission ' s case handlers. The defence based its application for disqualification of the relevant prosecutor, but was not supported.

In addition, the defence challenged the public trial in the case, the exclusion of unlawful evidence, the appearance of witnesses and the process of securing key evidence. (b) It claims that the court did not initiate a full and unlawful examination of evidence, despite the prolonged interrogation of the pyro-leaf during his detention, restrictions on drinking water, cold and freezing penalties, fatigue and threats of close relatives, and that some of the interrogations stopped from being accompanied by simultaneous audio-recorded recordings; (a) The written testimony of several key witnesses, who were accused of having been induced, directed and contradicted, were not notified to appear for examination; The defence ' s application for full and simultaneous audio recording of the stay of the jade leaves, the video of 12 witness interviews, the original recordings of several important meetings and other key materials was also largely rejected.

The defence thus concludes that the procedural disputes in the case, from jurisdiction, recusal, public trial to exclusion of unlawful evidence, examination of witness testimony and the transfer of key evidence, are not isolated but have cut across the investigation, examination of the indictment and trial, and have had a substantial impact on the right to be examined, the right to defence and the right to a fair trial.

The charge of illegal loan granting is related to a Han group. The prosecution claims that between September 2020 and December 2021, the Great Bank of Hong Kong intervened in the approval of letters of credit, which were made available to the subdivision-related enterprises, circumvented the Group ' s unified administration and facilitated the granting of three loans to two related companies, totalling $35 million, knowing that the financial chain of a group was tight and that some of the loans had been deemed to be bad. As of the date of the incident, the loan had not been recovered.

04

Collective decision-making or individual crime?

On both counts, defence counsel pleaded not guilty.

First, it is disputed that the pyro-past has the status of the subject of corruption. The BHPCP is not a State-owned holding enterprise, and the Gymazine is elected by the Board of Directors and has a labour contract with the Bank. Counsel submits that the nomination, filing of the case by the Jiangsu Province Associated Press does not amount to “appointment” in the criminal law sense, and that it is therefore disputed whether it is a State official himself.

With regard to the Beijing property, the defence stated that the bank was in dire need of the property to be purchased in Beijing as a business site. However, under the objective constraints of the fixed assets investment plan for the year, the bank was unable to purchase it directly and, after discussion at the meeting, decided to purchase it by the individual on his behalf before the bank could buy it back.

The brother of the jade leaf and Liu Xiaobai co-financed the house. This is confirmed by the bank's minutes and the evidence in the case — indeed, the bank commissioned it, not the individual Jae Yue leaf who planned the house. The policy changes that followed forced the cancellation of the plan to establish the site. The bank bought the property back at the original price, and the return payment was only paid for the original principal amount originally invested.

The prosecution found, on the basis of ex post facto prices, that the market value of the property was significantly lower than the purchase price at the time of the repurchase. The defence challenged the fact that the price was determined to be the chosen reference, which varied considerably from the location, floor and property form of the property in question. The defence stated on the trial that “I have 53 pages of material here to challenge your price determination”. Furthermore, it is clear that an assessment report from 2023 confirms that the property was valued at a much higher value than the purchase price at the time of the repurchase.

The defence also submitted numerous evidence that all decisions were taken in-house and in-house. All purchase materials and files are archived at the BHBO, not in personal custody.

Whether banks actually suffered losses of over $7 million is highly controversial.

In regard to the property of the branch of the Yu branch in Salt City. The house is a new site for the BFF's new offshore branch in Salt City. At that time, the owner had set prices on the floor and the bank staff had been talking about it for six months, and it was not possible to do so. The regulatory authorities, on the other hand, have strict time requirements for new sites, which are otherwise subject to the failure of the establishment. In a desperate situation, the purchase of the house was completed by someone else, and the transaction price was higher than normal market conditions. This excess was paid in the name of rent and was transferred to the owner through the account of others. No one left a single point, and the jade leaves also did not benefit from it.

The defence argued that the real benefits of the transaction were the banks and developers: banks had landed within the regulatory deadline and had acquired valuable qualifications for the operation of the offshore branch; Another institution was unable to establish a branch in the same period because it could not find a suitable home. The gains from the premium are in the hands of developers.

In the trial, the Yugyu leaf said, "To date, the Wooksu branch has created more than $250 million in revenues for the bank. "Why did you all have to meet once and for whatever money you had to buy it? I thought it was just to get a financial license for a offshore branch. "..

The 15.9 million people accused of embezzlement were not paid a cent: the former chairman of Jiangsu-Ionung Business Bank claimed to have been framed by a superior leader.

Home of Zhang Detention Centre

Counsel thus argues that even if there were procedural or financial flaws in the two real estate transactions, it should first be ascertained whether they were part of a substitute arrangement in the bank ' s operation, which was for collective gain or whether the illegal possession of public property by the jade leaf could not be directly recognized as embezzlement on the basis of price differences alone.

With regard to the offence of illegal lending, the indictment refers to $35 million, which in fact consists of three loans of different durations and different subjects of borrowing. The defence stated that each loan had been approved in a complete process. The only one of the materials on the map is the "Registration: Read". At the risk disposal meeting, he said, "Please, Governor, what do you do with research? "..

The defence considers that this statement is precisely the indication that the final decision is still made by the Governor and the management, and that the amounts and part of the wind control demands made by the jade leaf were not fully implemented. He cannot be held fully responsible for the investigation, approval, issuance and post-prime administration of the loan because he is the chairman of the board.

At the end of the trial, the Seng Yuya self-statement stated that it had never pursued any personal interest “in order to give the Great Farmers' Business Institute a chance to develop”.

With regard to the charge of illegal lending, the jade leaves refer to “unbelievably” the case. In his view, entrepreneurs were a group worthy of respect for creating wealth and providing employment for society. The support of banks in cases of temporary difficulties for enterprises is one of the responsibilities of financial institutions. Otherwise, a little difficulty will arise for the company, and who else will help?

In the view of his defence, both allegations ultimately fell to the most fundamental questions: whether the investment in the two properties was for personal gain or whether it was the bank that many people knew about. Is it a decision by the chairman of the $35 million loan or a collective decision by the bank management, based on internal processes? Could the subsequent price disputes over the property and the subsequent unfavorable lending of the enterprise prove, in turn, that the pyro-leaf was criminally motivated when it made its decision years ago?

05

A case arising out of a refusal to “hello”?

If the jade leaves were not embezzled and no illegal decision was taken to grant loans, why was the case opened?

The family targeted the current Secretary-General and Chairman of the Joint Bank of Jiangsu (formerly the Jiangsu Province Union) Party.

In June 2015, he entered Jiangsu Province Associated Press from the S.A. of C.A., as Deputy Director.

According to the family, Zheng Xiaobo, the General Manager of the Salt City Operations Management Department of the former Grand-Bong Farmer, was a cadre of Hu Jianbin's wish for a “care” of the jade leaf. Hu Jianbin has “hellod” to the jade leaves through information, police and so on, hoping that Zheng Xiaobo will be promoted. The examination of the jade leaves concluded that their professional conduct and competence were not appropriate for the corresponding management position and therefore did not comply with this requirement.

The evidence obtained by the author also corroborates the statements of the family of the jade leaf.

In June 2019, Zheng Xiaobo was expelled from the Grand Polytechnic Bank for his involvement in illegal collection of funds and illegal lending. In March 2021, he was sentenced to 12 years and six months ' imprisonment for fraud. In the family ' s view, the subsequent incident at Zheng Xiaobo is precisely indicative of the predictability of the judgement of the jade leaf, which refused to promote him.

The family considered that personnel matters were only part of the conflict between the parties. There was also a “hello” from a superior leader in banking infrastructure, scientific and technological projects, procurement of office supplies and bidding, hoping that the BHBOC would cooperate with a particular enterprise, and the piping leaf refused to follow normal procedures.

There have also been conflicts between the managers of the Liangsu province and the Union of the Jiangsu province over the issues of staff discipline, inspection audit and promotion. The family claims that, particularly during the move of the Grand Polytechnic Chamber of Commerce and Industry to market, there were numerous disputes with the provincial Social Disciplinary Review and the auditors. As he approached the transition of retirement, he expressed his opposition to the arrangement whereby the superior wished to be replaced by the then President, Jang Yong.

In other words, at the end of his career, the relationship between the jade leaf and the higher authority was not harmonious. In March 2023, The investigation of the jade leaves was initiated by the Queen Hu Jianbin Re-entering Jiangsu Province, where the Queen's Committee was accredited to the Queen's Council of the Province and the Board of Directors of the Salt City Quality Committee.

The survey quickly expanded from the Pyota himself to his relatives, the shareholders of the BHP, the loan clients, the partners, etc. This round of investigations lasted a considerable time, but the salt city disciplinary inspection department eventually did not file a case against the jade leaf.

The 15.9 million people accused of embezzlement were not paid a cent: the former chairman of Jiangsu-Ionung Business Bank claimed to have been framed by a superior leader.

All the honors of the jade leaf

However, this has not been done. The case was then referred to the administrative board of Jiangsu Province, where it was referred to the police until 27 August 2025, when the profane leaf was placed in custody.

After the case had entered criminal proceedings, a number of “old acquaintances” had emerged. Zheng Xiaobo, later became a significant witness in the case.

This is particularly true of the issue of loans from a group in Han. Before the $35 million loan, a group in Han had already received loans from the Grand Polytechnic Bank of Hong Kong, which amounted to nearly $100 million. The investigation, approval and disbursement of these early loans are mainly involving Zheng Xiaobo and the relevant then-beginning loan authorizing and approving officers.

By contrast, the family claimed that the Haang Yat had not previously known the actual control of a Han group and that there was no evidence of private economic exchanges between the two. Only when an enterprise has an operating risk does it become involved in risk disposal as a board president.

Thus, one problem has been with them: persons who were directly involved in the early loan investigation, approval and distribution of the enterprise and later became witnesses against the jade leaf; Why was the Chairman of the Board, who was not directly responsible for specific lending, ultimately identified as the principal person responsible for the issuance of loans in violation of the law? The real criminal is “no more” and the hard-working is “offence”?

The final statement of the jade leaves says: “I never thought I'd have a life of experience with Chang's family... I am indeed a very strong man in the business, who is always looking for the first one...... for decades, as a day, I have never let myself go, and I have a public mind, even if something is irregular or wrong, and there are mechanisms to make mistakes, otherwise who would dare to do it. There's a "brushing, falling" and "better not to do anything than do nothing." We, as independent legal bodies, are normal work in collective decision-making, but we are turned upside down, and we are trapped in a trap... If we all are in a wage-mixing situation, we are all like walking dead and we are not alive. The blogger adds:
