Five years after the acquittal, Li Qingshin, a citizen of Henan Qingzhou, still hopes that the perpetrators of the false claims will be held accountable.

01 Irresponsible

Initially, it was a “disput” between the property company and the owner.

02 Not guilty

In criminal cases, the victim accepts compensation offered by the other party at his own initiative, which is reasonably lawful.

Even in judicial practice, the investigating authorities often take the initiative to persuade suspects/accused to confess guilt and to actively pursue victim understanding for reparations.

However, Li Qingshin, who was beaten and received compensation of $200,000 from the other party, was considered by the judicial authorities of the Canton of Zhongzhou as “silent.

Such absurd convictions, such a strange case of unconstitutionality, occurred in Henanjuju State. This must be called into question:

03 The Power of Evil

This acquittal also revealed more information about why Wang Zheng was framed as Lee Qingshin:

04 Accountability

It is harder to get a conviction than a conviction, and it is a recrimination.

Li Qingshin has been pursuing the charges, and he believes that the whole case is a false and malicious complaint by Wang Zheng, a public prosecution and a false and artificially created error in cooperation with Wang Zheng.

However, Wang Zing, the author of the grievance, has so far served as Deputy Director and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Media Centre of the City of Zhongzhou, without being punished by any party law.
